Cancellation and Refund Policy
If the registrant is unable to attend, please notify Opertec Inc. in writing no later than 10 days prior to the seminar, requesting either the transfer of the registration to an available later seminar or a refund of fees paid less a 15% service charge. No transfers or refunds will be given for cancellations received after 10 days prior to the seminar date. Opertec Inc. reserves the right to cancel any seminar it deems necessary and will, in such event, make full refund of any registration fees paid, but will not be responsible for transportation, hotel or other costs incurred by registrants. No liability is assumed by Opertec Inc. for changes in seminar date, content, speakers or venue.
